- Recovery and development of port activities.
- Relations with the supervisory authorities and local communities
- Definition and implementation of a strategic investment plan (19 M€)
- Project management of refrigeration facilities (€2.4 million), dredging (€1.4 million), boat elevators (€1.9 million)
- Preparation of grant applications (European funds)
- Yachting: Management of 1,000 berths (inland ports and dry ports)
- Founding member of a collective quality brand "Produit en Presqu'île de Guérande" for the promotion of seafood products
- Participant in the prospective study of the French fishing industry.
